Victory Park
Victory Park is no stranger to the luxury life of concierges and downtown views. These high rises are some of the best, and their list of amenities are sure to have you wowed!
The Good
- You’re still close to Dallas’ most famous Katy Trail, so you can get on your bike, skates, or running shoes and get a taste of nature with your skyline views.
- Highway accessibility for quick access to commute to work or go on a road trip, as well as public transportation from DART.
- Victory Park is home to the biggest events in the heart of Dallas.
The Bad
- While most buildings offer 1 parking per resident, parking at nearby hot spots, or for your guests is a bit of a challenge. Most people opt for Uber/Lyft, valet, or paying to secure a spot at nearby venues.
- The construction and traffic can be noisy and hard to navigate.
