Victory Park is no stranger to the luxury life of concierges and downtown views. These high rises are some of the best, and their list of amenities are sure to have you wowed!

The Good

  • You’re still close to Dallas’ most famous Katy Trail, so you can get on your bike, skates, or running shoes and get a taste of nature with your skyline views.
  • Highway accessibility for quick access to commute to work or go on a road trip, as well as public transportation from DART.
  • Victory Park is home to the biggest events in the heart of Dallas.

The Bad

  • While most buildings offer 1 parking per resident, parking at nearby hot spots, or for your guests is a bit of a challenge. Most people opt for Uber/Lyft, valet, or paying to secure a spot at nearby venues.
  • The construction and traffic can be noisy and hard to navigate.

Victory Park is most famously known for the American Airlines Center, that is home to the Dallas Mavs basketball, Dallas Stars hockey, and top performing concerts, like Lady Gaga and Elton John. The AAC isn’t the only place to rock and roll, because the House of Blues is here, with VIP dining lounge, Foundation Room, on the second floor. Dallas is famous for museums, and the Perot Museum of Nature and Science is made for both children and adults. Not only does Victory Park have spas for your dog, but you can book the W Hotel’s Bliss Spa and treat yourself to a relaxing time.

There is an overwhelming variety of high-end dining options, from Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse to Saint Anne Restaurant & Bar, you are sure to find a winner. Health-conscious  foodies, there are places for you too, like one of our favs, Brewed + Pressed, which has cold-pressed juices and raw desserts. Want to watch the game in a fancy atmosphere, then Happiest Hour offers over 50 beers, with over 12,000 sq. ft. of indoor lounges and outdoor patios.

Klyde Warren Park is in your neck of the woods. It’s over 5 acres and full of food trucks, live music, and weekly events. Whether it’s jazz night, or yoga mornings, this place is a Dallas staple.
